The guest house can currently sleep up to 8 guests in five bedrooms currently set up as; two singles (ensuite), two doubles (ensuite) and a twin bedroom (private bathroom opposite) All rooms have TV's and this year they should all have satellite links. Although there is a communal lounge with satellite TV/DVD and our library stuffed with diverse range of books/films and magasines that you are welcome to borrow during your visit. There is a games cupboard and coffee making facilities in the hallway. There is also free WiFi throughout our home, so don't forget your laptop. We are also quite happy to re-organise the sleeping facilities to meet your own requirements - provided it’s realistic and you give us reasonable notice of course!

We are pet friendly and have our own dog 'Jinn' a two year old Durham smooth coat Lurcher and 'Pippin' a cat that has adopted us! We are however on open crofting farmland where sheep, lambs cows, and calves wander freely. We welcome visitors with well controlled pets that respect our environment.

We have a two mountain bikes available for our guests to hire, but unlimited opportunities for beach-combing and strolling along deserted beaches relaxing and soaking up the tranquillity of our environment.

For more active guests we are ideally situated for easy access to the beaches that make Tiree so perfect  for surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. It is also now possible for appropriately qualified groups of divers to enjoy the undersea life and shipwrecks around Tiree. Subject to our commitments, we welcome the opportunity to transport guests to appropriate venues (and kitesurf/dive with you if time permits!)

We do have the flexibility to accommodate differing party needs. The guesthouse is single story ,sadly at this point due to its construction it is not suitable for people using wheelchairs.

Standard Tariff

£35 per person per night bed and breakfast      

• A single person supplement of an additional £15 will be charged for double rooms in single occupancy
• A minimum deposit of approximately 30% is required for all bookings, refundable provided a reasonable notice of cancellation is given for re-booking. 
• Minimum notice for cancellation is two weeks.
• Under 12's £5 reduction on individual rooms, or ask us about options for very small children.
• During the main season we can only take bookings of two nights or more

• Dog friendly, normally no extra charge provided your pet is happy to socialise with 'Jinn' our soft Lurcher dog and 'Pippin' our cat.
